Very easy insatllation and very easy to get started. The establishment of a pst is quick and very helpful if you are on IMAP and Outlook is not creating a pst file by itself, which was the case for me.

what is confusion was to find out that I have my pst back up set to auto upgrade only to learn that that is just a notification. I assumed it would install upgrades as available. Suggest looking into this as I don't think I would be the only person confused.

If I had choice of downloads 32 bit or 64 I would not have needed any help.
Program looks really useful. Hopefully, will solve issues I have with Synology NAS backups hanging on pst files.
However, as a home user I cannot justify the full enterprise edition - cost and overkill - but would happily pay £15 for a version that saved OST files
